Introduction

This documentation includes illustrations of screens and explanations of the purpose of each and how to use them. The Pro Dialers has a basic module that includes a full featured voice mail with optional interactive voice response features for in-bound questionnaires, out-bound questionnaires (referred to as surveys in Pro Dialers for distinction from in-bound questionnaires), and fax on demand. Pro Dialers provides the user with very extensive control of how the software is configured and what options callers can be given.
